This is a 100% commission career with hands-on training and zero cold calls in the Life and Health Insurance Field.
We are actively hiring LICENSED and NON-LICENSED AGENTS who have strong SALES/ Business Ownership and/or TEAM BUILDING backgrounds to join our team. All training is company-sponsored by our top equity partners, using a technologically advanced platform, and one-on-one mentorship via Zoom.
You will be mentored every week by top leaders who are prepared to help you win big. If you are not licensed yet, we can guide you in becoming a LICENSED AGENT before you can officially be hired. Most agents can be licensed within 10-14 days.
Sales experience is always important. However, it's not a must as our free training is all part of the system. It’s more important to have the ability to customize your own productive schedule for each week. We will help in this area.
